The open, airy space offers lots of natural light and a modern, coastal vibe. The chef will love the expansive kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a larges standalone island, perfect for meal prep or a quick snack. The adjacent dining table offers plenty more space at mealtime.

Entertainment options include board games, free high-speed WiFi and cable, and five streaming-capable TVs. And, with separate living areas both upstairs and down, everyone can watch what they want.

At the end of the day, four spacious, well-appointed bedrooms promise a restful night’s sleep, including a main-floor primary suite with a private bath. Another bedroom upstairs also boasts a private bath, and the two back bedrooms share a balcony. Things to Know

• The 2024 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. They must be purchased and worn by all guests, six years and older, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
• Guests must use personal logins for streaming services. Cable is available for guest use.
• The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
