Located under a mile from Brian Head Ski Resort, this home provides guests with easy access to the slopes for excellent skiing and snowboarding. Please be aware that traction devices or four-wheel drive WILL BE required when visiting this area in the winter. This home may not be appropriate for guests with physical limitations, as the driveway is steep, and there is a set of stairs that lead to the front door.

Boasting large windows and gorgeous views, as well as wood plank walls, floors, and ceilings, this home has a modern-rustic feel. The living space is cozy yet open and offers a comfortable, inviting space for lounging in front of the fire while you take a rest and watch the snow fall outside. Read a book from the collection this home offers, use the free WiFi to stay entertained, or curl up with a blanket and watch a movie on the flatscreen Apple Smart TV and a DVD library and player.

Cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts red cabinets, granite countertops, and standard appliances, including a dishwasher and trash compactor. This kitchen has plenty of extras, too, like a crock pot, rice cooker, family-sized griddle, and a popcorn popper, making your meal and snack prep as easy as if you were at home. The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen.

Enjoy your culinary creations together at the unique dining table for eight while you make plans for your stay. The cooktop bar in the kitchen with seating for two is a great place to begin your day with a cup of coffee.

This two-bedroom (one in the loft), two-bath home accommodates up to six guests. Wrap yourself in cabin warmth in the downstairs master bedroom, and sink into the queen-size bed. The loft area features four twin beds and a small bathroom and is a great space for kids. Surrounded by a four-foot tempered glass railing with decent views of the TV in the living room, this area gives kids a safe, worry-free place to call their own.

If you feel like staying in, congregate at the dining table for a few board games, compliments of the selection (for both kids and adults) this home offers. In the winter the slopes are close by.
