Recent Beachwalk Isles - Fort Myers vacation rental reviews

This is a lovely, spacious home in a quiet, gated neighborhood. The beds are super comfortable, patio furniture is plentiful and comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, bedding, and hangers. Strong wifi signal. Loved having the puzzles, pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, 2 bikes, large cooler available for use. The pool overlooking the peaceful lake was a great place to relax and unwind. This place has many more positives than negatives, although we did have a couple of negatives. The pool area was quite dirty upon arrival. However, they did send someone to pressure wash it and it was so much better after he did an excellent job of cleaning. The other problem we had were geckos in the master bedroom. We took care of them. Overall, this place is very nice and we hope to be back next year.

The Villa is very nice, comfortable and clean and is definately a home. After staying on Beachwalk Isles on a number of occasions we felt the Villa is over priced compared to others. As examples only 2 sunbeds in the pool area for a villa that sleeps 6 people. Pool heating, which we paid extra for, was poor.

Long term renters in FL so we no a good villa, and this one certainly fitted that bill. Very clean and well equipped, we loved it!
