I would absolutely recommend this property. The PROS: extremely walkable, there are tons of bars, restaurants, liquor/convenience stores super close. Has it's own small very private backyard with a deck, the front porch has a beautiful pond/fountain that hides the road noise and you can enjoy your evening glass of wine in a perfect front garden that provides 100% privacy and it's perfectly manicured and maintained. Everything you need is in the house: Towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, beach equipment, etc. The CONS: Only one, and it's that the house does not have AC, so in hot days it can get pretty hot.
