Overall this condo worked well for our adult family of 6. Yes the carpet and furniture is old and outdated but when you are spending most of your time skiing, that isnt a huge deal for us. Really appreciated the radiant heat flooring, heated garage and hot tub! Im surprised none of the other renters have mentioned that although ski out is perfect, the ski in is mostly flat and we had to walk or scootch 75% of the time to get home. For that reason, we often drove over to peak 9 to ski. Improvements could also be made in the kitchen with some basics like tupperware, foil, saranwrap and basic spices. In addition, please upgrade the paper products. Having scratchy kleenex at this elevation hurts and the paper towels were thinner than paper. We did enjoy the large dining table with comfortable chairs for eating and playing games. Like I said, overall, it was a wonderful trip!

We had a great time! The location is very convenient with lots of hiking trails nearby and just a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. The house is well maintained and fit our group perfectly!
