Recent Silvermill Lodge - Keystone vacation rental reviews

Location is exceptional. If you are using the stairs you are steps away from village and slopes. If you use the elevator, it's a long walk down the hall. Furniture and bed setup completely different from pictures/description. New countertops are nice, but no coffee filters or dish towels anywhere. Hot water takes forever to get to sink or showers. No bunk beds, now two separate double beds, which crowds that room. Hot tub area didn't have any towels like they normally do ??? Overall a good stay.

The check-in process tinted our stay in a bad light. I’m not alone on this, so many people have shared the same sentiment. Please clarify where the keys are located since there are around 200 lockboxes to look through. It was difficult to locate support because every link I received from Vacasa appeared as invalid, including the instructions video.

I stayed by myself and felt very safe. This condo was VERY clean and had anything and everything I could have needed. Hoping it's open for me to use next year for my annual conference.
