Great location for nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. Condo provided everything we needed for our stay, we felt very at home there and wouldn't hesitate in staying in this property again. Thank you !!

Fantastic ocean front home. Thw views were great. The house is cery clean and welcoming. we loved the reading nook and the patio. Kitchen is well stocked with items to make meals. The showers has great water pressure and hot water. This is our second time at this place and it’s a great retreat to relax

Our group visits Sea Ranch annually and enjoyed our stay at Webb House. The home is spacious with a favorable floor plan, lots of natural light and located in a quiet area within walking distance of the bluff trails. We appreciated viewing local wildlife from the extensive deck, including turkeys, foxes, quail, jack rabbits, deer, and a variety of birds. The nightly visits from the raccoons were not appreciated, so adequately securing the trash receptacle is critical or placing the bin in the garage at night is another option; the raccoons are persistent.
The kitchen is large, with a convenient layout and is well equipped to prepare meals. We enjoyed lounging in the living area with the cozy fireplace in the evenings. The main suite and the second and third bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely ocean views. A window covering on the window facing southeast to block the moonlight in the main suite would be beneficial. The reading nook next to the fireplace is a nice feature.
We appreciated the hot tub and the close proximity to the sauna and swimming pool facilities at the lodge. The home’s location made it convenient to visit shops, grocery stores and restaurants in Gualala. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are definitely interested in staying at Webb House again!
