Any Vacasa home can accept long-term stays, or stays over 29 nights. Long-term stays are similar to snowbird stays, except that they can take place any time of year, while snowbird stays take place during winter. The Extended Stay Program enables us to optimize your long-term pricing to attract guests.
Most markets allow you to rent your home for long-term stays. If you own a home in certain markets within California, Colorado, Vermont, and Virginia, there are additional compliance requirements that may affect you.
