We're excited to announce an innovative property management partnership between Vacasa—North America’s largest vacation rental management company—and Homes & Villas by Marriott International, an expertly curated, premium and luxury vacation rental platform.

Thousands of select Vacasa homes are now available on Homes & Villas by Marriott International, from private beach houses to ski chalets. And if you're a Marriott Bonvoy® member, you can earn and redeem points when you book.

Marriott Bonvoy® FAQ

The point cost for a reservation varies by home. When you're viewing the listing for a specific property, enter the dates for your trip (under “Choose Your Dates”). Then, the total reservation cost will update to display both the cash amount and the equivalent number of points required to book.

First, make sure you're signed in to your Marriott Bonvoy account. Choose the home you'd like to book, and on the property listing page, enter your trip dates under “Choose Your Dates.” Then, you'll see the "Use Points" option before you proceed to book the home.

Your Marriott Bonvoy membership and account balance will be verified within 48 hours. If all the information is accurate, the point cost of your stay will be deducted from your account and your reservation will be confirmed. You'll also receive a booking confirmation email from both Vacasa and Homes & Villas by Marriott International.

No, you cannot combine payment methods when booking on Homes & Villas by Marriott International. Currently, you can either pay with a credit card or with your Marriott Bonvoy points.

For most Vacasa homes listed on Homes & Villas by Marriott International, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund
  • If you cancel your reservation 30 or fewer days before check-in: No refund, unless you cancel within the "Grace Period." (The Grace Period is defined as the first 48 hours after you request to book, as long as you book at least 10 days before your planned check-in date.)

In certain destinations, a 90-day cancellation policy applies, which has limited refund eligibility. Be sure to check the cancellation policy for a specific home before you book—you'll find details on the individual property listing under "Things to Know."

To earn Marriott Bonvoy points for booking a Vacasa home, you must book directly through Homes & Villas by Marriott International. In addition, you must sign up or already be a Marriott Bonvoy member, and you'll need to add your member account number at the time of booking.

Note: your account number and the email address associated with your Marriott Bonvoy account must be entered correctly at time of booking. The name used for your reservation must also match the name in your Marriott Bonvoy account.
