Participating Vacasa home rentals require a redemption of either 15,000 or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom per night. Generally, the tier of points required for a property is determined based on the average cost per bedroom per night, inclusive of all taxes and fees (“Average Cost”). If the Average Cost is $250.00 or less, the redemption requires 15,000 points per bedroom per night; if the Average Cost is between $250.01 and $500.00, the redemption requires 30,000 points per bedroom per night. Rentals with an average cost of $500.01 or higher are not eligible for redemption.

If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, your points will be refunded. If you cancel 30 or fewer days before check-in, your points will not be refunded.
