Located in the quiet Pioneer Trail neighborhood, this home is about seven miles from the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Summer travelers will enjoy jet skiing, water skiing, and fishing on the water, as well as hiking, biking, and golfing on land. In the winter, do some sledding, tubing, or snowshoeing at Camp Richardson or Adventure Mountain. And of course, for world-class downhill skiing and boarding, make your way to Heavenly Mountain Resort, a short eight miles away, or Squaw Valley, 39 miles away.

Get cozy inside in the winter with a warming wood stove, cable and DVR service, and HBO, Showtime, and Netflix streaming. There's a 43-inch 4K Smart TV with a DVR in the living room, a 43-inch 4K Smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 42-inch HDTV in the second bedroom.
