Summer travelers will enjoy jet skiing, water skiing, and fishing on the water, as well as hiking, biking, and golfing on land. In the winter, do some sledding, tubing, or snowshoeing at Camp Richardson or Adventure Mountain. And of course, for world-class downhill skiing and boarding, make your way to Heavenly Mountain Resort, a short eight miles away, or Squaw Valley, 39 miles away.

Get cozy inside in the winter with a warming wood stove, cable and DVR service, and HBO, Showtime, and Netflix streaming. There's a 43-inch 4K Smart TV with a DVR in the living room, a 43-inch 4K Smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 42-inch HDTV in the second bedroom. Use the free WiFi to look for directions, and in the summer, hang out on the deck while you read a book, sip on a beverage, and bask in your lovely forested surroundings. You'll also have a private washer/dryer for your added convenience.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: There are five ADT security cameras on-site that are active 24/7: one above the garage door that points at the driveway, one on the front deck, one above the front door aimed at the walkway entrance and driveway, one on the back wall, and another on the west wall.
