The Clubhouse at The Everett is a 1200 square-foot ground-level log cabin that offers air-conditioning, five spacious bedrooms, an open concept fully equipped kitchen, and a family room. The kitchen includes all new appliances and a formal dining table. A spacious and bright living room includes the original floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (decorative only), a 55” TV, and plenty of comfortable leather seating. The Clubhouse’s vintage style covered front porch directly faces Catfish Lake providing beautiful lake and sunset views and is just steps from the gently sloping shoreline.

Famed Hollywood movie actress Joan Crawford is known to have stayed at The Clubhouse while a guest at The Everett resort. The Clubhouse was built in 1910 and was the 2nd building to be built upon The Everett Resort property. The Clubhouse originally functioned as the resort's social hub until the Marina Bar was built and ultimately became the entertainment epicenter of the resort. With the Marina Bar in full swing, The Clubhouse was converted to staff quarters.

Take a load off in the iconic Marina Bart, a historical Eagle River landmark that sits directly upon the Catfish Lake shoreline. The Bar was known to be a popular hangout for notorious gangsters, including Al Capone. It's a must-see when visiting the area as its vintage-styled screen porch offers incredible lake views and picturesque sunsets.
