Padre Boulevard is right around the corner, lined with a wide assortment of restaurants, bars, shops, and recreational outfitters. Sea Turtle Inc. (one mile), the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center (one mile), and the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (three miles) are all close by as well.

Walk home from the beach to find generous space to unwind both inside and out. Set the table in the shade for a sunset dinner on the patio, and bring your dessert and coffee upstairs to the balcony that runs the length of the house.

The interior offers an open, air-conditioned respite from the summer sun. The open living space is up a flight of stairs, bringing together a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room for homemade meals and after-dinner board games. There are smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms - two upstairs and a primary suite with direct patio access downstairs.
