You'll be mere steps from Commercial Street, Boatslip Resort & Beach Club, and the sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay. Here on Bradford Street, the town's best restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife are all within a few blocks as well.
As a freestanding cottage with reserved parking and its own decks and yard, this home provides wonderful privacy without sacrificing its convenient location. It's so close to the beach that you can carry the provided towels and umbrella there in the mornings, stop at home to barbecue lunch on the gas grill, and even cool off for a bit in the central air conditioning before heading back to the sand.
Inside, you'll find the main living spaces on the ground floor and the bedrooms (each with its own TV) upstairs. Toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, get started on dinner using stainless steel kitchen appliances, and sit down to eat at the dining room table or outside on the deck at sunset. If you're spending the evening at home, enjoy a smart TV with cable, complimentary WiFi, and an assortment of books, board games, and puzzles for your entertainment.
