We're conveniently located right across from the golf cart-accessible Dune Crossover to the beach and a short couple of minutes' walk to Reds, Black Marlin, Palmilla Beach Golf Course, and both pools.
Designed and decorated with relaxation in mind, you'll be welcomed to the home with spacious landing areas and a hallway leading to three of the guestrooms. After dropping your bags off, head upstairs and start unwinding and relaxing on the second-floor patio with ocean and resort views, or cool off In the spacious and open living and dining area. On this level, you'll find the primary living room, kitchen, laundry room, wet bar with wine cooler, and all the items necessary to make whatever refreshments you have in mind. The bunk room on the third floor is perfect for kids, young and old. In the unlikely event it rains, there is plenty of entertainment there to quickly pass the time until the sun returns.
The home has plenty of parking space for three vehicles, and spots are on the streets in case of overflow. For families with infants and young kids, you'll find an easy-to-use Pack-N-Play in the primary bedroom's closet on the first floor. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook up a three-course meal with the day's catch or lunches for the beach in a spacious spot with plenty of countertop space, light, and views.
If fishing, please see slip availability across the street at Island Moorings. Beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach and cabanas at the pool can also be reserved at Guest Services located next to the pool. Other great attractions nearby include Chute' Em Up Parasailing/ Port A Parasail, Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, Rialto Theater, Mustang Island State Park, Roberts Point Park, and all the attractions and amenities of downtown Port Aransas.
