• 2 dogs under 30 pounds, or, 1 dog up to 90 pounds are allowed
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• 1 dog, weighing 50 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• This rental is located on floor 1.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.
• 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
