As a new build, this two-story home is full of the comforts of modern living: central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Yet it's also warm and inviting, thanks to exposed-beam ceilings, walls and floors of natural wood, and a gas fireplace to curl up next to in the evenings.
