This private apartment occupies the lower level of a larger home, one that's located one mile from downtown Multnomah Village. There's so much to enjoy in town, including more than 20 bars and restaurants within a four-block radius, over 10 breakfast and coffee places, an amazing beer shop, and all sorts of events and live music. You can easily drive to Lewis & Clark College (two miles), Sellwood (three miles), and downtown Portland (six miles), or hop on the 43 bus half a block down the road to reach John's Landing and the OHSU tram.
Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a bright, spacious, and open floor plan that's full of interesting decor. Take in views of the expansive backyard as you fix a few appetizers in the kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee makers), barbecue on the gas grill just outside your door, and sit down for dinner at the dining room table. In the evening hours, retreat to the living room to put on a favorite record or stream a favorite movie.
There are two serene bedrooms overlooking the garden and a large bathroom with both a soaking tub and a shower. Central air, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are on hand as well.
