Stunningly situated on a small peninsula at the water's edge in Harpswell, this oceanfront home offers breathtaking views in every direction. Each morning, you can take your kayak (large boats are not recommended) from the dock, gather stones and seashells on Clark Cove Beach, and unwind every evening on the expansive deck, dining alfresco as the sun begins to set. Please note that the owners live onsite above the garage.
This two-story home sits on a tiny peninsula between Merriman Cove and Clark Cove, right next to Clark Cove Beach. The oceanfront position grants it beautiful views of the water from sunrise to sunset, as well as a large lawn that rambles down to the shoreline.
