• Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

• 2 dogs, weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Ring door bell by front door and camera on the back deck facing the dock.
