- Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
- All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this property. The outdoor shower is not available during the off-season which runs approximately from October through March/April.
- To access the loft, guests must climb a ladder, and is not "senior" friendly. The loft has a sloped ceiling so anyone over 5' needs to be very careful of the overhead beams.
