This end-unit retreat boasts a tranquil location in a quiet community in Wyoming, DE, and is close to many great restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions, including Brecknock County Park, Spence's Bazaar, Dover Par 3 & Driving Range, Firefly Music Festival, Dover Motor Speedway, Air Mobility Command Museum, and Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge.

As soon as you enter this lovely retreat, you are greeted by a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Discover a welcoming living room with a comfy sofa strategically located in front of a large smart TV - the perfect spot to spread out comfortably and enjoy an entertaining time at home. The adjoining open kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals for the crew. The kitchen also offers a second smart TV for additional entertainment while cooking and a Keurig coffee maker to please coffee enthusiasts in your group. A lovely electric fireplace adorns the dining area and provides you with endless warmth. This area opens onto an enclosed backyard with a lovely patio, a seating area with a small table, and an electric grill. It's a wonderful spot to host summertime barbecues, dine alfresco, play with your kiddos, and enjoy the outdoors. All three bedrooms can be found upstairs. The main suite overlooks the backyard and features an en suite bath.
