Welcome to the Sonoran Starlight condo! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the ground floor was completely renovated in 2024 and offers a bright, airy space with a large backyard. A short walk takes you to the community’s big, peaceful pool and jacuzzi. The location is a perfect home base for your trip to Scottsdale – in under 10 minutes, you can drive to Old Town, Fashion Square mall and Camelback Mountain. It’s 20 minutes to Sky Harbor International Airport and 15 minutes to Papago Park, which is also home to the Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Garden. The condo complex is next to the Greenbelt walking path, and across the street is Chaparral Park, which includes walking paths and a covered playground.
Close to spring training and Arizona Fall League baseball stadiums (Scottsdale Stadium and Salt River Fields at Talking Stick). 20 minutes to TPC Scottsdale (Waste Management Phoenix Open).
THE SPACE:
The master bedroom features a king bed, a dresser, desk and sliding door that takes you to the backyard. The master bathroom area offers a walk-in closet, his and her sinks, a walk-in shower and standalone bathtub.
The guest room has a queen bed, dresser and closet, with the full bathroom (which includes a walk-in shower) right across the hall.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, and anything you need to cook or enjoy a meal at the condo. The kitchen is also where you’ll find the washer/dryer. Along with a full-size fridge in the kitchen, there’s a breakfast bar in the dining area with a beverage fridge, and everything you need to make tea and coffee. You can eat at the dining table inside or enjoy the fresh air at the six-person table in the backyard, with a jumbo umbrella. There’s also kid-friendly dishes, cups and utensils.
The living room has a leather couch and love seat, as well as a large TV equipped with a Roku so you can enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows.
There is one designated covered parking space for the condo, as well as available uncovered parking if your group has two cars.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please be respectful of the condo and property – this is the owner’s childhood home that was renovated so others can enjoy the beauty and excitement of Arizona, too! Please remove shoes at door.
No more than four adult guests during stay.
No parties or noisy events.
No pets.
Please close the umbrella when not in use.
Please don’t use the fireplace.
Please respect Scottsdale quiet hours while on the patio (10pm – 7am).
