Newly built in 2023, this beautiful hillside home places you up among the treetops just outside downtown Anderson. It's a bright, polished, and incredibly comfortable base for exploring the wonders of the Ozark Mountains. Spend your days walking or biking the many lovely trails near the house, picnicking at Big Sugar Creek State Park (13 miles), or floating, canoeing, or kayaking the Elk River (seven miles). Conveniently located 15 minutes from the Arkansas state line, 30 minutes from downtown Bentonville and Walmart HQ , and 35 minutes to Joplin.
This home sits on a third of an acre, just about a mile from downtown Anderson. You'll be greeted by a grassy lawn out front; in back, a deck runs the length of the house and is ideal for morning coffee with a view across the woods.
As brand-new construction, the house has an easy elegance to it. All of your needs have been anticipated, from the mudroom cubbies for your coats and boots to the adjacent laundry room awaiting your hiking clothes. The main gathering space is open and full of sunlight, bringing together a chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both an island breakfast bar and a dining table for mealtimes, and a sitting area where you can curl up to read or stream movies.
