The bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry room are all located on the third floor. A haven of pure peace, the primary bedroom displays two separate closets, a cozy seating area, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a double vanity. The interior amenities extend to central air-conditioning and numerous child-friendly items like a Pack-N-Play, baby gates, and children's games.

Outside, when you aren't gazing out at the sea from the second-floor balcony, frolic in the nearby sand!

• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• The fireplace is not available for guest use.
• There are two full sets of stairs in the home. There are baby gates available to block the stairs.
• Two dogs up to 40lbs, and under are allowed. The pet fee for a dog(s) is nonrefundable and is $200.00 per stay.
• This home has an efficiency apartment located on the ground level in the back of the home that is accessed through the back alley. You may occasionally hear the TV from the apartment if we also have guests there during your stay. Please be assured that there is no interior access between the two spaces.

• 2 dogs, weighing 40 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
