For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo.
The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements. GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy.
