Surrounded by natural beauty with firepit & grill- in wine region

Fair Housing Notice

If natural beauty, space, and privacy are your vices, look out! This comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom house sits on one of the most breathtakingly gorgeous pieces of land the Finger Lakes Region has to offer. Nestled directly between the Keuka and Seneca wine regions, this sixty-four-acre estate is surrounded by ten thousand acres of state land, yet is only fifteen minutes from Hammondsport, twenty minutes from Corning, and seven minutes from Watkins Glen International Race Course.

Much of this property is situated on a rare elevated plateau, a landscape rivaling the most stunning Impressionist paintings in beauty. The house, deck, firepit, and barn rest on a ten-acre yard area, which is largely cleared and mowed and sprinkled with tall pines and other trees for aesthetics.

Plenty of beautiful space awaits where you can cook out on the grill, enjoy meals on the deck, roast marshmallows or drink wine by the firepit, play yard games, hunt for berries and wildflowers, and simply enjoy the seclusion. This land is home to two natural springs, a stream, White and Red Pine, Maple, Black Walnut, and other regional trees. Deer, wild turkey, hummingbirds, and other Finger Lakes wildlife will be your only neighbors. View meteor showers, birdwatch, sit by the stream, or hike for hours through the woods without ever leaving the land.

On colder evenings, cuddle up and gaze out at the vibrant fall colors, multitudes of stars, or giant snowflakes gently gliding into the pines.

The house features an ample kitchen with a breakfast cove overlooking colossal white pines, a separate dining room, and a living room. The three bedrooms sleep six comfortably (eight if you’re cozy). There is plenty of outdoor parking.
