  • Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
  • For a $175 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools, and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five and under do not require a wristband.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
    • 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
    • 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
    • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
