Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests must abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal
activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No pets are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Guests’ visitors: Visitors (up to [X] people) are allowed for the day, but please notify the host
(Vacasa property management) in advance and provide visitor information to access the
property. External visitors are not allowed to stay overnight; they must be registered guests on
your Airbnb reservation. The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
Pool heater: The pool can be heated at an extra charge. Please contact Vacasa ahead of your
stay to arrange for the pool heater to be turned on. Note that the pool is heated by a heat
exchanger, which operates within a certain temperature range. Extremely cold or hot weather
may affect its operation.
