THINGS TO KNOW

• Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
• We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

• 4 dogs, weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• This rental is located on floor 1.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 22 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
