The private pool, spa, outside bar, and private beach path make this home the one your family will love.
The first level of this home features a large family room with a TV that is open to the large dining room. The custom kitchen offers a gas range, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, two subzero refrigerators, additional fridge drawers, a wine fridge, an under-counter ice maker, granite countertops, a bar sink, and a large walk-in pantry for extra storage. Up a few steps, you will find the spacious main suite with a TV and a large main bathroom.
The backyard space has everything you need to enjoy and relax. The glass-tiled pool has a built-in vacuuming system to keep the water clean and clear. The Sea Pines Beach Club is an easy mile walk down the beach. South Beach is an easy bike ride away. This home allows you to park your car on arrival and walk or bike to bars, restaurants, and activities all week!
Things to Know
- The fireplace is not operational.
- Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, or rooftop cargo other than car-top carriers.
- Pool heat is available between Labor Day and Memorial Day. There is a three-night minimum when booking pool heat. This is a propane system and only has one heater for both the pool and spa. Pool heat must be on to use the spa. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool cannot maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given.
