• We're excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels worldwide. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
• During March, all guests must be 23 years or older.
• Babies and infants count toward the total occupancy of a reservation.
• Guests must pay $5.00 at the gate at check-in for each wristband per guest.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors.
