There's room for a small group to relax after a day at the beach & the fully-stocked kitchen is the perfect place to fuel up for the day. This condo has a community pool and is right in the middle of plenty of attractions, so whether you're lounging around the house or exploring Destin, this is the vacation home for you. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is a short walk away, where you can practice riding the waves before you hit the ocean. There is plenty of great local fare around the resort.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.
• Trailers, campers, or anything of that nature are not allowed on the property.
• Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach are provided by La Dolce Vita from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability. Beach setups may be set up in advance. Due to changing tides and weather conditions, beach setup placement may vary without notice. The use of personal beach equipment (including chairs, umbrellas, etc.) is allowed, but they cannot be placed in front of beach service setups. Personal beach equipment may be placed in back of setups and may not be left overnight. There is a 20-foot public access easement from the high water line along the entire coastline to allow visitors to walk freely and enjoy the Destin shoreline. We refrain from any chair setups in this area, to allow all of our guests plenty of unobstructed access to the water.
