Things to Know
- Please note that there is ongoing construction at the Summer House on Romar Beach complex which impacts all buildings and units on site. Construction workers will be present during standard working hours and construction related noise can be expected. Noise level can be high at periods of time. Construction equipment and material will be present in the parking lots which will block some of the the parking area. This will limit parking in parking lots next to the buildings however overflow parking is available across the street in the Summer House overflow parking lot. If there are no parking spots available in the lots next to the buildings you can unload your contents next to the building and proceed to park across the street. The construction work will also block some beach access points, which will be rerouted as needed. This means that the most convenient beach access point may not be available but there will be beach access points. There are temporary railings on the North side of the building (side of building opposite of the Gulf) which do not look esthetically great but meet all safety standards. After August 19th the outdoor pool will be closed but the indoor pool will remain open. The condo balcony is renovated and new and the views of the Gulf are fantastic!
