Here you'll find over 100 boutiques, beach shops, novelty stores, coffee shops, and delicious island cuisine in one central location. This vacation rental is conveniently close to several golf courses for the active vacationer. At the same time, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, offering walking paths, boat tours, and a unique archaeological site, is just a little over three miles from your front door.

THINGS TO KNOW

• This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool cannot maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming.
• This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 55 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
