Bright, open 3rd-floor condo with pool views from private balcony - next to beach

This recently renovated one-bedroom Gulf Place condo overlooks the courtyard and community pool from the third floor of the Caribbean building. As a Gulf Place guest, you'll have private access to the beach right across the street. Spend your afternoons down on the white gulf sands then rinse off under the outdoor shower before cooking up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen for an evening of sci-fi movies on the large flatscreen cable TV. Later, enjoy a quiet glass of wine out on the balcony while you research tomorrow's Santa Rosa Beach adventure with the free WiFi.

You'll be walking distance to SOHO Beach clothing boutiques, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Artist At Gulf Place, 30A Store at Gulf Place, and lots of weekly live shows. Want even more? Try renting some bikes from YOLO Board + Bike for a leisurely ride down the coastline. Six and a half miles away, see where the Truman Show was filmed in Seaside then try some food at one of the Airstream food trucks or head into the Great Southern Café for the Grits a Ya Ya - you'll be glad you did!

Things to Know
This complex has ongoing construction. Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs or elevator). Support beams are on all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor balconies. Balconies will be closed from 9/22-1/1/25 due to construction. You will not be able to access the balconies. The daily timeframe will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).
