THINGS TO KNOW

• All occupants shall respect neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment.
• Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
• Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
• Any vehicles parked in the driveway overnight need to have a pass in the window from the gate.
• Max Cars: 3

• 1 dog, weighing 30 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
