The private hot tub on the lower deck can be used year-round as it is sheltered from the snow and the rain. This house is also located within an eight-mile radius of four golf courses. If nightlife is what you are looking for, Crystal Bay and other casinos are just four miles away, right across the stateline. During the winter, it’s an easy drive to the best ski resorts in Tahoe. Northstar-at-Tahoe, offering dozens of lifts, terrain parks, ice skating, shopping, and dining, is less than seven miles west, while Diamond Peak, a smaller, more family-friendly resort, is just a little over nine miles east. Additionally, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Mt. Rose are all within 25 miles of this home.
