Sterling Sands Unit #407 is a nicely updated fourth floor unit with amazing gulf and pool views from a private balcony. You will love this unit from sunrise to sunset daily from your private balcony accessible from the living room! The living room also offers a nice sofa sleeper and a matching loveseat, well-coordinated coastal furnishings, and a large TV with DVD player. The dining area offers seating for four. There are three bar stools at the breakfast bar for plenty of seating. The kitchen has upscale granite counters, full-size appliances, and all the housewares needed to make meals at home.
The primary bedroom offers a calm retreat with a nice king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a nice twin over full bunk bed with cozy bedding.
