This home is a mile and a half from some of the best hiking trails in the valley and just two miles from the historic La Quinta Resort and Spa - it's your choice between nature and nurture! For unique shopping and dining options, take a short drive or walk to Old Town La Quinta, just a little over a mile from your door. And don't forget your clubs and tennis rackets because there are countless courses and clubs throughout the area!

The visiting chef in your group will have everything they need in the full kitchen to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to complete dinners. Dine together at one of two tables, or bust out the board games for family game nights. Out back, you'll find an enclosed yard with a furnished patio, gas grill, and a sparkling pool. Borrow one of the many provided books and relax poolside with a cold drink! (You have the option to heat the pool for an added fee.)

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
