- This is one half of a duplex. The owner lives in the other half of this duplex, and the shared walls are separated by closets on each side.
- Parking permit required on 2nd Street year-round. On Younger Way and 3rd St, a permit is required only seasonally, May-September. A permit is provided by the owner and is always returned to the coffee table in the TV room. Please don't forget to return the parking permit.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
