Two screened-in balconies allow guests to enjoy the sunshine without sacrificing the comfort of central air conditioning. The second-story balcony features a telescope, so you can gaze out into the starry skies over the ocean. Stick your sandy clothes into the private washer/dryer when the day winds down. Take the private gas grill for a spin, or enjoy cooking in the full kitchen. The family dog is also welcome to join you here!
With so many beautiful beaches nearby (including Manatee Public Beach, Cortez Beach, and Anna Maria Public Beach, all within one-and-a-half miles), it's easy to see a new side to the ocean. Take a break with something fishy at The Ugly Grouper and something savory at Smoqehouse, both within two-and-a-half miles. If you just can't stay away from the water, take a tour with Cortez Watersports - they're based just one-and-a-half miles away.
