The well-appointed kitchen has a breakfast bar with a vegetable sink and access to the dining area and to a covered porch with a picnic table. The fourth bedroom has deck access. Sun decks capture all ocean views. A large, fourth-level furnished loft has a TV, deck access, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
