The living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa and an armchair near a wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV – the perfect spot for movie nights, trivia/board games nights, or simply an entertaining conversation with your friends. The ceiling fan and central A/C will keep you as comfortable as possible. Right off the living room is the six-person dining table and if you need more dining space, the breakfast bar offers five more spots.

When it comes to meal prep, the kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy everyone's needs with stainless steel appliances, enough counter space, and all the utensils needed to make cooking a breeze. The dishwasher will keep you unoccupied from doing the dishes and the coffee maker will be the greatest addition to start your day off on the right foot. Things to know:
Private dock. The dock is 10 x 30. Guests can dock there during the normal lake season since the TVA controls the water level to prevent flooding. Typical season is from April until October. There is not a boat lift currently.
