The second level of the home is where you'll find the main living space with a well-equipped living room, kitchen, dining area, and deck. The living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa and an armchair near a wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV – the perfect spot for movie nights, trivia/board games nights, or simply an entertaining conversation with your friends. The ceiling fan and central A/C will keep you as comfortable as possible. Right off the living room is the six-person dining table and if you need more dining space, the breakfast bar offers five more spots.

Private dock. The dock is 10 x 30. Guests can dock there during the normal lake season since the TVA controls the water level to prevent flooding. Typical season is from April until October. There is not a boat lift currently.
