Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards.
• The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
• This property is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental only.
• Certain shared amenities may be unavailable due to state and local rules and regulations.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
