The living room is well set up with a comfy sofa, a large screen TV with streaming, and hundreds of DVDs. Snuggle up on the sofa and enjoy a movie, drink a glass of wine by the fireplace, play some tunes on the piano, or challenge someone to a game of a pool! And don’t forget to warm up in the jacuzzi after playing at the beach!
The huge kitchen is perfect for entertaining. The open concept kitchen allows for preparing meals while still having everyone around in the living room watching TV or playing pool. The kitchen has large granite countertops, a six-burner gas stovetop, two ovens, and a large refrigerator, perfectly set up for any chef. There is also a pass-through window from the kitchen to the barbecue outside making it easy to entertain outside as well. This home has plenty of wonderful outside spaces that will enhance your vacation stay. With the firepit in the front yard, a jacuzzi, a dart board, and a barbecue in the backyard, plus decks off all the bedrooms, and the beautiful ocean just steps away.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a massive walk-in closet, a gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and a private bath with a stunning tiled step-in shower. Open the plantation shutters to step out to the main bedroom deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset on the ocean. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. The bunk has a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. This room also has a computer station, should you need to conduct some business. There is a balcony with lounge furniture off the two upstairs bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen-sized mattress and access to the balcony as well. There is also a beautifully remodeled bathroom off the hallway for the guest bedrooms.
For additional sleeping options, there is a futon sofa in the family room downstairs. Also off the upstairs hallway is a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The home has plenty of parking in the driveway for several cars, and there are also beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards, and beach toys available.
It is convenient to local attractions such as Legoland, five minutes away; Sea World, 25 minutes away; and the San Diego Zoo, 35 minutes away. This home does not offer central AC, but fans are provided. It utilizes decibel-level monitors.
