Links 13B is a light, bright, and spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa located on Barony Golf Course in Port Royal Village. Newly furnished and decorated, this home is a tastefully furnished home-away-from-home with a designer feel.
Enter the home up the eight steps into the foyer where you will appreciate the vaulted ceilings and luxury vinyl flooring that can be enjoyed throughout the common areas. The living room includes comfortable furnishings that include a wet bar/coffee bar with a quartz countertop, a large wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV, an electric fireplace, and high-speed WiFi.

The screened-in porch and primary bedroom overlook the Barony Golf Course. The screened porch is furnished comfortably for enjoying the golf views and the Lowcountry landscape. It has a table that seats 4 where you can enjoy your morning breakfast before you head out on the day’s adventures.

The kitchen has recently been completely updated with new cabinets, high-end quartz countertops, and new appliances. You’ll have everything needed to prepare daily meals in this well-equipped kitchen. The dining area is off the kitchen and open to the living space. The dining table seats six guests and the adjacent breakfast bar offers seating for two.

The spacious primary bedroom features a wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV and en-suite bath with double vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a window seat, a flatscreen smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a flatscreen smart TV and is connected to the hall bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.

The laundry room, located at the back of the kitchen, has a full-size washer and dryer. A three-burner gas grill (located in the carport) is included for easy outdoor cooking. The property features a carport and the use of a golf cart, when available, that can be driven to nearby Islanders Beach Park. It’s just a 2 minute ride to this beach park where there is a designated golf cart parking area that is free. There is also limited metered parking (if you wish to take your car over to the beach). Islanders Beach Park also has a playground and restroom facilities with showers.

Things to Know
The Links is a gated community within Port Royal Village featuring a community pool that is not heated and is open seasonally April-October. The community pool is just a short stroll from the villa with comfortable furniture, restroom facilities, and a shower.

The Westin Resort, with restaurants, shopping, and resort facilities is just minutes away by car, biking, or walking.
