Enter the home up the ten steps to the keyless entry front door and into the bright and inviting foyer. You will be greeted by the richly-toned vinyl wood plank floors and comfortable furnishings. The large family room is light and bright, with a beautiful view through sliding glass doors of the large deck and pool. The hub of the open-concept living space, the main family room, has a sofa bed, oversized and comfortable chairs, and a wall-mounted 60-inch flat-panel smart. The dining area is open to the living room and the kitchen and features a beautiful table with eight seagrass dining chairs. The well-equipped and newly renovated kitchen boasts granite countertops, a counter-height breakfast bar with four bar stools, access to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and an open view of the Carolina Room. This room adds extra sleeping space with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a flatscreen TV. This space is perfect for kids!
