• The dock can accept a boat up to 22’ in length. The boat lift is not available for guest use. If navigating to the Gulf, there is one bridge to pass under, with a clearance of approximately 12’

• 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
