Set only minutes from downtown Austin and the Ladybird lake trail, this newly built luxury four bedroom, three bathroom plus loft luxury downtown townhome has a plunge pool, and full outdoor kitchen to make the most of the Texan sunshine. INSIDE THE HOUSE

Inside, an open concept living space with luxury interior finishing is drenched with light from the large sliding doors out to the yard. A sofa and two armchairs face the fireplace, above which is mounted a 72” TV. In an adjoining space, a wooden dining table seats 4, with bar seating for another 4 along the kitchen island.
